How to Use the Stopwatch
Start Timing
Click the green Start button or press the Space bar to begin timing. The display will show elapsed time in MM:SS.mmm format.
Record Laps
While the timer is running, click the Lap button or press L to record lap times. Each lap shows the total time and split time from the previous lap.
Stop and Review
Click the red Stop button or press Space to pause timing. Review your lap times in the table below, which shows the most recent laps first.
Export or Reset
Export your lap times as a CSV file for record keeping, or click Reset (or press R) to clear all data and start fresh.
