Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify our DMCA agent. For your notice to be effective, it must include the following information:

1. Identification of Copyrighted Work

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

2. Identification of Infringing Material

A description of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Please provide the URL or specific location on our website where the material is located.

3. Contact Information

Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Good Faith Statement

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Accuracy Statement

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. Signature

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Note: Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay in processing your complaint or render your notice invalid.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of that person

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access to our service by users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, in our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

⚠️ Warning About False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your claim is accurate and that you are authorized to file it before submitting a DMCA notice.
